Firbill:= •ll 11 =1•- -1 ' •• Member Davidson commented that these additions were already under construction and felt that the Board should be reviewing these before construction begins. He felt that to bring this before the Board months after the work has begun is ludicrous and not very constructive. He asked the School District to read the statutes and to please give the Board notification prior to beginning work. Member Weitkunat concurred with Member Davidson. She felt that the comment from the Board in general was, that it was inappropriate for the School District to do this and to disregard the State Statute. She would like to see the School District be cooperative in the future. Bill Franzen, Construction Manger for Poudre School District stated that on behalf of the School District he apologized for the oversight. Mr. Franzen addressed the parking issue. Member Weitkunat moved that the Planning and Zoning Board advise the School District that the design and location of the proposed gymnasiums at Webber and Blevins are appropriate. Member Davidson seconded the motion. The motion was approved 5-0. There was no other business. The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
