I. Call to order 3:42 p.m. — Ms. Hixon-Cunningham
II. Consideration of the agenda
IFI. Approval of minutes from the meeting of December 17, 2003
Mr. Sherman moved to approve the minutes.
Mr. Tollison seconded.
Approved unanimously.
IV. Citizen Participation
V. Introductions - New Board Members
Staff welcomed Ray Tollison and Lee Needham to the board.
VI. Utility Entryway Design Presentation
The artist, Jim Haire, presented the maquette for this piece to the board. The sculpture will be 5
full-size bronze figures placed in the median in front of the Utility Service Center. They will include
a chemist, a field technician, an administrator, a customer service representative, and an engineer.
The artist has worked extensively with the team on the composition of the figures.
Mr. Sherman motioned to approve this work and to take before council for approval.
Mr. Needham seconded.
Approved unanimously.

VII. Pedestrian Accessibility
The selection committee reviewed drawings from Fort Collins students. 10 drawings we selected.
Mr. Tollison motioned to accept 10 designs.
Mr. Sherman seconded.
Approved unanimously.
VIII. Staff Reports
Staff distributed a written report of staff activities since the last board meeting.
