GOLF BOARD
2005 WORK PLAN and MEETING SCHEDULE
All Regular Golf Advisory Board Meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month at
7:00 p.m. October through April; and at 7:30 p.m. May through September, and are normally held at
the Collindale Golf Course Clubhouse, 1441 East Florsetooth Road, in the Phillips Room. The
Board may also choose to meet on other dates and at other locations that will be publicly
announced. The Golf Board 2005 Meeting Schedule is as follows:
January 19 @ 7:00 p.m.
February 16 @ 7:00 p.m.
March 16 @ 7:00 p.m.
April 20 @ 7:00 p.m.
May 18 @ 7:30 p.m.
June 15 @ 7:30 p.m.

♦ Review the Financial Status of Golf Fund (monthly)
♦ 2005 "Fort Collins Fore Kids" Golf Clinic Planning (March -May)
♦ Election of Golf Board Officers for 2005/2006 (March)
♦ Determine the Board Proposed Golf Fees and Charges for 2005/2007 (January -March); Public
Meeting (April); Final Recommendation to the City Manager (May)
♦ Review the Proposed 2006/2007 Golf Fund Recommended Budget (June)
♦ Consideration of Extending the Term of the Agreement with the SouthRidge Golf Professional
(July); Public Input Meeting (August); Final Recommendation (September)
♦ Continued Discussion for a Potential New Public Golf Course in Fort Collins by 2009
♦ Revise "Golf Courses Operation, Rules, Policies, and Procedures" Manual (September -
November)
♦ Approval of the 2006 Golf Board Work Plan and Meeting Schedule (November)
