Tenant Based Rental Assistance:
Ms. Brewen informed the Board that the Colorado Division of Housing (DOH) is working on the
possibility of a tenant based rental assistance program. This pilot program will be for the Denver Metro
area, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins/Loveland area. These areas will be targeted because of double
digit vacancy rates, fmancially challenged low-income affordable housing projects, and demands
exceeding capacity in homeless shelters. We anticipate 75 vouchers for this area for a two-year period and
we will coordinate with Loveland. DOH wants each area to contribute funds. FHCA will look at ways to
match and Commissioner Tharp will take the request to City Council.
Marketing/Logo/Branding Committee Ideas
Staff is working on a marketing and branding exercise for FCHA and FCHC. Staff would also like to
