INFORMATION SHARING: Mr. Sumner informed the Board that John Allum has retired from Platte River Power Authority (PRPA) and is now consulting. Richard Smart asked whether there has been any investigation into the potential for small hydro power. Mike Smith ansNkered that a study was completed about five or six years ago, at which time hydro was found as not profitable. Mr. Smart also inquired about the status of the Strategic Plan being done by R.W. Beck. Mr. Smith explained that a customer satisfaction survey was just completed that evaluates our service and rates for commercial and residential customers. The results will be presented within the next 60 days during a special, joint meeting with the Water Board. Staff focus teams have been working on specific areas, and will be completing their work by March 15. The R.W. Beck survey did not go to Key Accounts because PRPA surveys them.
