Meeting called to order at 11:00 am
1. Citizen Participation and Plan Member Comments
2. Consider Approving the Minutes from the last meeting – moved, seconded, and
passed.
3. Plan Participant Updates (LeeAnna Vargas)
We have one new eligible GERP member that is set up to begin his/hers/their GERP
benefit this month.
Unfortunately, one member passed away recently, Mr. Randel Bonneville. I am working
with his spouse who is his beneficiary. Since he originally chose the 100% joint and
survivor option, his spouse will receive his benefit until she is deceased.

4. Review Investment Report (Adam Halvorson)

5. Review of Possible Changes to Bylaws (Dianne Criswell)
Dianne Criswell reviewed a high-level summary of the proposed changes with the
committee. The revised Committee Rules of Procedure, effective September 11, 2025,
were moved, seconded, and passed on a motion to approve.
6. Other Business – none noted
