CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Approval of Minutes- October 2, 2025 5. NEW BUSINESS a. P.S. I Love You Day – Kelly Dubois 6. DISCUSSION ITEMS a. December Meeting- Holiday Party/Gift Exchange 7. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS (COMMITTEES, EVENT ATTENDANCE, ETC.) a. Stop the Bleed b. Mental Health c. Environmental Awareness/E-Bikes d. Art/Caring Crosswalks 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9. ADJOURNMENT NEXT MEETING Date: December 4, 2025 Time: 7:00-9:00pm Location: Northside Aztlan Community Center (Eagle Room 1) White Elephant Gift Exchange Rules: *Bring a gift ($20 value limit). Please be sure this is a gift you would want to receive yourself... no “gag” gifts!* Each Player brings one wrapped gift to contribute to the gift pile.1. Players draw numbers to determine the order.2. Player #1 selects a gift from the gift pile and opens it.3. Player #2 can choose to pick an unopened gift from the pile OR steal a previous player’s gift. 4. If your gift has been stolen, you can choose an unopened gift from the pile or steal an opened gift from someone else. 5. Play continues until all gifts have been opened and belong to a player.6. When all players have had a turn, Player #1 has the chance to swap their gift for any open gift! 7. The game ends when Player #1 has had the chance to swap their gift if they choose. 8. OTHER RULES: *Three Swaps and the Gift is OUT- if a gift gets stolen 3 times, the gift is out and the person who holds it walks away with it! Staff Members Present – LeAnn Williams, Kelly Dubois, Rachel Eich c. Guest(s) – Kristy and Jen from park planning 3. AGENDA REVIEW - completed 4. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Kristy Bruce refreshing parks, Rolland Moore, Landings Park - Jen Torrey – deigns and builds new parks - Put together an activity- tables moved and breakout groups - Topics discussed, lawn usage, how to improve parks for teenage appeal - Overall general park feedback discussed. Favorite parks, location advantages, incorporating park movie night in the summer along with food truck night. 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Motioned by Neena seconded by Brooks 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Southeast Community Center - Going to council with options, smaller facilities, not as many climate type initiatives, ex) price out geothermal. Shaving 15 million off. - Commenting on the behalf of the board— cannot happen, must be representing oneself. 7. NEW BUSINESS - “P.S. I love You” mental health awareness day, second Friday in February. Come up with little project like a kindness board, sticky notes, affirmations. Giving week, etc. Getting this into the Fort Collins/poudre high schools. (Introduced by Kelly) - Volunteer opportunity for Treatslyvania, Bridget (supervisor) Saturday Oct. 25th 4- 7:30 8. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS - Stop the Bleed: Sophie, Neena, Charlotte, Garrett, and Brooks. Saber cat 101 classes, 30 minutes sections. During finals week, on the 14th of October, all day. Just teaching CPR. - Mental Health — reaching out to Fort Collins Wellness Team - Crosswalks — park projects, timing for art, finding artists. - E-Bike – reached out to Spin, and waiting to hear back. 9. STAFF REPORTS - Southeast Community Center, LeAnn 10. OTHER BUSINESS - Washington D.C questions, parent meeting. 11.
