Participants should try to sign in prior to the 5:00 pm meeting start time, if possible. For public comments, the Chair will ask participants to click the “Raise Hand” button to indicate you would like to speak at that time. Staff will moderate the Teams session to ensure all participants have an opportunity to address the Board or Commission. To participate: • Use a laptop, computer, or internet-enabled smartphone. (Using earphones with a microphone will greatly improve your audio). • You need to have access to the internet. • Keep yourself on muted status. CALL TO ORDER Chair Gallichotte called the meeting to order at 5:01 PM. 2. ROLL CALL • Board Members Present – Jebrail Dempsey, Emily Gallichotte, Jamie Ridgeway, Kendall Stephenson • City of Fort Collins Staff– K (Redd) 3. AGENDA REVIEW • No changes. 4. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION • Three participants shared that they were observing the meeting. 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES • Fitz Fitzmeyer made a motion to approve the minutes of the August 27th, 2025 meeting. • Emily Gallichotte seconded the motion. • Motion passed o AYE – Dempsey, Gallichotte, Ridgeway, Stephenson o NAY – None 6. BOARD UPDATES • Know Your Rights Legislation o No updates. • Guest speaker updates: Claudia Menendez o General logistics were discussed as well as other guest speakers. The Board voted to invite Council Liaison Pignataro. o Emily Gallichotte made a motion to approve the minutes of the August 27th, 2025 meeting. o Jamie Ridgeway seconded the motion. o Motion passed Women and Gender Equity Advisory Board REGULAR MEETING 9 /2 4 /202 5 – MINUTES Page 2  AYE – Dempsey, Gallichotte, Ridgeway, Stephenson  NAY – None o • Bathroom Updates o Emily provided an update on converting existing single use bathrooms, a list of building in the City, and a list of businesses in the City. • Other updates o The Board discussed the TDOR proclamation. 7. NEW BUSINESS • Review 2025 Work Plan o The Board reviewed and updated the 2025 Work Plan. • Review City Council’s Calendar o City Council’s Planning Calendar was reviewed and discussed for the Board’s opportunities of attendance and participation. 8. OTHER BUSINESS • There was no other business. 9. NEXT STEPS • Board members composed next meeting’s agenda. 10. ADJOURNMENT • Meeting was adjourned at 6:12 PM.
