Online Public Participation:
The meeting will be available to join beginning at 5:00 pm, September 24, 2025. Participants
should try to sign in prior to the 5:00 pm meeting start time, if possible. For public comments, the
Chair will ask participants to click the “Raise Hand” button to indicate you would like to speak at
that time. Staff will moderate the Teams session to ensure all participants have an opportunity
to address the Board or Commission.
To participate:
• Use a laptop, computer, or internet-enabled smartphone. (Using earphones with a
microphone will greatly improve your audio).
• You need to have access to the internet.
• Keep yourself on muted status.

1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Gallichotte called the meeting to order at 5:01 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
• Board Members Present – Emily Gallichotte, Jamie Ridgeway, Kendall Stephenson,
Julie Trone
• City of Fort Collins Staff– Kayla (Redd)
3. AGENDA REVIEW
• No changes.
4. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
• No public participation.
5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
• Julie Trone made a motion to approve the minutes of the July 23rd, 2025 meeting.
• Jamie Ridgeway seconded the motion.
• Motion passed
o AYE – Gallichotte, Ridgeway, Stephenson, Trone
o NAY – None
6. BOARD UPDATES
• Know Your Rights Legislation
o No updates.
• Memo for Building Code Work Session
o The Board voted on the memo regarding proposed amendments to the
International Building Code.
o Emily Gallichotte made a motion to approve the building code memo.
o Jamie Ridgeway seconded the motion.
o Motion passed

• Other Bathroom Things
o Emily provided an update on converting existing single use bathrooms, a
list of building in the City, and a list of businesses in the City.
• Other updates
o No other updates were discussed.
7. NEW BUSINESS
• Online Resource Center & Survey
o Aeran L. and Ira K. presented data from a survey involving needs,
perceptions, experiences, and preferences of the trans community within
the City. Topics such as resources, a form of resource center, Council
support, safety, and preferred level of City involvement were discussed.
The Board and the presenters talked through the presentation and the
questions which surfaced.
• Review City Council’s Calendar
o City Council’s Planning Calendar was reviewed and discussed for the
Board’s opportunities of attendance and participation.

• There was no other business.
9. NEXT STEPS
• Board members composed next meeting’s agenda.
