Loomis Avenue Zoning Appeal Noah, As an owner of a neighboring property of the proposed garage at 307 S. Loomis Avenue I wanted to state that I am in support of the appeal being granted. I’m very familiar with the lots on this street and understand a larger garage could be supported and still fit into the character of our neighborhood. I personally believe this would look and feel better than having two detached buildings on the rear of this particular lot which I believe would be allowed.
