The Board will review its priorities and goals and discuss its approach to internal conduct and
collaboration with City staff, to ensure it operates effectively in its advisory role to the City Council.

b. Organizational Measures, Analysis, and Performance Overview; 7:00- 7:45
Jacob Castillo, Chief Sustainability Officer, will introduce the City’s Organizational Measures,
Analysis, and Performance (OMAP) process and will seek board insight on air quality measures
that support the City’s accountability and progress toward the ENV 1 strategic objective.
