Online Public Participation:
The meeting will be available to join beginning at 11:45 am, May 9, 2025. Participants should
try to sign in prior to the 12:00 pm meeting start time, if possible. No public comments are
allowed at the Work Session. If you’d like to make a public comment, you may participate at
the Regular Hearing, May 15, 2025.

microphone will greatly improve your audio).
• You need to have access to the internet.
• Keep yourself on muted status.
