any concerns. I don’t see a shed on your property as a problem and it will not impact any outdoor

Good day Mr. Gillespsie,
I reached out to CSU Facilities and was told you would be able to assist me. My name is Mr.
(Aswad) Allen, the homeowner of 321 W. Mulberry St. 80521 property near / next to the C.S.U.
Howes Building parking lot. I have taken steps to install a large shed, however, the City of Fort
Collins zoning requires I build 15 feet from the back of my fence if there's a property behind me.
Since the property behind me is a parking lot I am planning on submitting an application for a
waiver (or variance) request.
Once I submit the application my neighbors will be contacted to offer feedback, approval, or
denial. I am reaching out (in advance) to see if building a shed 5ft-8ftt from my back fence is
acceptable to Colorado State University?
The property is under renovation now so, please feel free to take a look at the property line and
backyard if you need a visual to make a determination.
