--- The variance would reduce the required front yard setback from
15 feet to 10 ' 8" to restore a historical front porch.
--- Petitioner' s statement of hardship: The petitioner feels that
requiring a 15 ' setback creates a hardship in that she would
be unable to restore a front porch that would match what was
originally constructed with the home. The restored porch
would also keep the home on the historical register as well as
match the setback and look of numerous other homes in the
neighborhood.
