Background: In 2022, staff conducted analysis of the Planner on Duty and Zoner on Duty email inboxes to determine the most frequent questions and requests. The analysis determined that our web pages may not successfully describe to the public what Planning, Zoning and Development Services staff do or help them help themselves. The analysis also produced a list of the top inquiries from both inboxes. Based on this project, staff created some goals to update our website to better support customer service. Project goals: 1. Information our customers want is available on the web in an accessible format. 2. Our customers can find their information within 3 clicks of landing anywhere on our website. 3.
