APPROVAL OF MINUTES Participation for this Senior Advisory Board Meeting will be in person at the Fort Collins Northside Aztlan Community Center located at 112 E. Willow Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado. Participants should try to sign in prior to the 11:30 am meeting start time, if possible. For public comments, the Chair will ask participants to click the “Raise Hand” button to indicate you would like to speak at that time. Staff will moderate the Zoom session to ensure all participants have an opportunity to address the Board or Commission. To participate:  Use a laptop, computer, or internet-enabled smartphone. (Using earphones with a microphone will greatly improve your audio).  You need to have access to the internet.  Keep yourself on muted status. NEW BUSINESS a. Request for SAB Letter of Support regarding VOA Switchgrass Crossing b. Board member updates 9. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS-Roundtable Minute 10. COMMITTEES, EVENT ATTENDANCE & ONGOING INITIATIVES a. Housing: b. Transportation: The transportation Board and the Active Modes Advisory Board met together to examine further collaboration between boards. c. Safety & Wellness: d. Office on Aging: The Older American Month Awards are open for nominations, through March 15th.Information is available on the Office on Aging Webpage and has been shared with community partners. We currently have 55 approved sponsors for the Answers on Aging Resource Fair, scheduled for May 13th, and more are awaiting approval. The goal is to have 80+ tables and we hope to have them all finalized by the end of February. Speakers have been confirmed and more will be shared on them and marketing for the event next month. e.
