Approval of the Minutes from the October 11,2001 Meeting
Appeal: 2365 727 LAPORTE AVE
The variance would reduce the required side yard setback along the east lot line from 5 feet to 3 feet in
order to allow a 2 story addition to the rear of the existing home. The addition will extend 10.5 feet
beyond the existing rear of the home and will line up with the existing east wall, which is already only 3'
from the lot line.
