--- The variance would reduce the required lot width from 60 feet
to 50 feet for a single family home in the RM. zone. The
proposal would allow a house to be moved onto the lot to
replace the previous home which was demolished.
--- Petitioner' s statement of hardship: The lot was platted with
only 50 feet of lot width. The previous home on the lot was
in disrepair and could not be repaired. Without a variance
mothing can be built. Similar variances have been approved on
six other lots in this block.
