Meeting called to order at 3:05 p.m.
1. Citizen Participation and Plan Member Comments - none noted.
2. Minutes from the Meeting of September 12, 2024, will be reviewed at the
January 9, 2025 meeting.
3. Plan Participant Updates (LeeAnna Vargas)
LeeAnna Vargas reported that there are members who will be set up to begin their GERP
benefit this month: two have chosen the monthly payment, and one chose the lump sum
option.
Ms. Vargas also reported that three retirement plan members or beneficiaries passed away
recently. For each, benefits end with their passing.
Ms. Vargas also reported that one additional member is planning on retirement in March
with benefits to begin in April.
