Board Position Overview • Chair, Co-Chair, Secretary • Nominations ahead of time and option to nominate self/others at August retreat • Blind Vote preference from members in attendance 8. DISCUSSION ITEMS a. August Retreat- What to expect • Leann will send out an email with a doodle poll after new members interview with full-day/half-day preference, food allergy information, and other details to determine August Retreat official details. • Natural Area Building location as preference b. STAFF REPORTS a. None 11. OTHER BUSINESS a. Discussion regarding icebreakers for each meeting. Sophie motioned for group to adopt rotating icebreaker planned by board members for future meetings. Scarlett seconded. Vote approved. b. Discussion regarding Chair & Co-Chair and rotating who leads meetings. c. Discussion regarding creation of “outreach committee” within board to recruit members in future and create interest list. Club Rush was discussed as a possible outlet for recruitment in September. 12. ADJOURNMENT a.
