Subject: [EXTERNAL] Variance for 730 Colorado
I support this variance! I have seen the plans. The ranch style house fits in with the other homes in the
neighborhood. This is not a large house. It has a large footprint because of the four car garage. The garage is needed
to park two pick up trucks, a motorcycle, and a utility trailer used to carry kayaks. As a neighbor, I would prefer
these items being stored in a garage rather than sitting outside. This project started last year. Please allow this
variance to build the house as originally planned, which was acceptable prior to recent changes. Thank you.
