I have seen the plans. The ranch style house fits in with the other homes in the neighborhood. This is not a large house. It has a large footprint because of the four car garage. The garage is needed to park two pick up trucks, a motorcycle, and a utility trailer used to carry kayaks. As a neighbor, I would prefer these items being stored in a garage rather than sitting outside. This project started last year. Please allow this variance to build the house as originally planned, which was acceptable prior to recent changes. Thank you. Sent from my iPhone
