AGENDA REVIEW 2. COMMUNITY MEMBER PARTICIPATION 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – APRIL 4. NEW BUSINESS 6:15-7:15 FC Moves – Updates and Connection to NRAB 2024 Workplan Cortney Geary (Active Modes Manager) will provide background on the 15-minute city analysis and related City Council priorities, as well as progress implementing the Active Modes Plan since adoption in 2022. Dashiell Bubar-Hall (Transportation Planner) will seek feedback on an update to the Electric Vehicle Readiness Roadmap and the Shift Your Ride Travel Demand Management Plan. (Discussion) • 15-minute city is a vision of Fort Collins where every resident can walk, bike, or roll within 15 minutes of their home to meet their daily needs. • The Active Modes Plan establishes the ambitious goals of achieving 50% active modes share of all trips and eliminating active modes related fatalities and serious injuries by 2032 in support of the City’s broader Vision Zero goal. • The 2018 Electric Vehicle Readiness Roadmap (EVRR) is being updated to support current and future EV adoption in our community. • Shift Your Ride Travel Demand Management encourages and supports traveler behavior that makes more efficient use of the transportation network. 7:15-8:00 Urban Forestry Strategic Plan (UFSP) Kendra Boot (City Forester) will provide an overview of a draft UFSP – called Rooted in Community – to seek Board feedback and support for Plan adoption. (Action) • The Forestry Division has been working with Davey Resource Group on the first Urban Forestry Strategic Plan for Fort Collins. City Council will consider adoption of the UFSP on August 20. 5.
