I am writing in support of Tom Hilinski and Becky McKeown regarding their concerns over the variance request and remodel at 1209. Please see pictures attached for how a similar remodel with the same architect and a variance request has impact our small 1500 sqft house. Needless to say it has permanently changed the use of our very small space. I assume you can use my email for the Aug 14th meeting stating that I do not feel that a seven-foot fence is appropriate and that code should be enforced. I have talked with neighbors that consider the portion of the fence that has been constructed illegally is an 'eyesore'. However, they prefer to remain anonymous.
