Mountain Ave It seems to me that the request for each of the 3 variances seems excessive. From what I understand the request on the accessory building is almost 25% over maximum, the maximum floor area by almost 20%, and the floor area on the rear half of the lot by over 50%. I think that it would be unsightly to build such big buildings on these old town lots.
