The virtual meeting will be available to join beginning at 5:30 pm on the scheduled date. If attending virtually, participants should try to sign in prior to the 5:30 pm start time, if possible. For public comments, the Chair will asl participants to “Raise Hand” button to indicate if you would like to speak at that time. Staff will moderate the Zoom session to ensure all participants have an opportunity to address the Board or Commission. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Sustainable funding Discussion was to have drafting an email with all board members for a letter to put forth to the Finance Committee 7. NEW BUSINESS Trails Master Plan Update DK Kemp Strategic Trails Plan and Timeline Community Engagement, Native lands and interpretation of the areas, inclusivity, safety, and accessibility. Inclusiveness for all to use the spaces. Funding, look at milestones, and potential partnership. Funding comes from the Conservation Trust Fund 8. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS Marcia FC Bikes Think Bikes Workshop- what is working what is not, how to improve, etiquette, safe route to school bike lane. Bike Committee looking at a Bike Park Documentary about biking in the Netherlands 9.
