Melissa Rosas called meeting to order at 5:32 pm

•Staff Members Present: Christine Macrina, Co-Chief Frank Barrett

3.AGENDA REVIEW
•Approval of minutes with changes to Melissa’s last name from Rojas to Rosas and
correction on back page of approver to approve.
•Wanted to thank Co-Chief Frank Barrett for all of his assistance during his tenure with
the CiRB. Note that this will be his last meeting.

a.February 8, 2023 – Michael Ruttenberg moved to approve; Mike O’Malley
seconded - approved unanimously

•Voicemail: Received 3/8 from Denver constituent regarding DPD – referred to Denver
review Board and given Fort Collins Email address to be forwarded to Denver.
•E-mail: February 1, 2023 -Rebecca Fox – wanted to make complaint – responded to by
Melissa Rosas and referred to appropriate parties
