LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY MINUTES
Regular Meeting. – June 16, 2022

A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held June 16, 2022, in via Zoom Link,
Associate Judge Michelle Kline presiding.
Secretary’s Note: All applications were heard via Zoom.

Modification of Premise Application from
Ciao Vino Fort Collins, LLC, dba
Ciao Vino Fort Collins, 255 Linden Street, Approved
Antonio Race and Robert Baum, both representatives for Ciao Vino Fort Collins, LLC. Mr. Race
stated they will post signs warning patrons that alcohol cannot be removed from the premise and that
they have permission from the City to use the sidewalk.
Assistant Judge Kline approved the modification of premise application from Ciao Vino Fort Collins,
LLC, dba Ciao Vino Fort Collins, 255 Linden Street.
Sidewalk Service Area Permit Application from
Rockies Food, LLC, dba Krazy Karl’s Pizza,
1124 West Elizabeth Street, Approved
Glen Haas, representative for Rockies Food, LLC, stated this request is to make permanent the
temporary COVID modification of premise, a seating area in the parking area.
Assistant Judge Kline approved the modification of premise application from Rockies Food, LLC dba
Krazy Karl’s Pizza, 1124 West Elizabeth Street.

Modification of Premise and Sidewalk Service Area Permit
Application from Haas GNG, LLC, dba
Krazy Karl’s Pizza, 2620 South Timberline Road, Approved
Glen Haas, representative for Haas GNG, LLC, stated this request is to make permanent the
temporary COVID modification of premise. He stated this is a combination of a detached service area
as well as permanent adding a patio contiguous to their building.
Assistant Judge Kline approved the modification of premise and sidewalk service area permit
application from Haas GNG, LLC, dba Krazy Karl’s Pizza, 2620 South Timberline Road.
Sidewalk Service Area Permit Application from
RAF and Friends, Inc., dba Little on Mountain,
1045 West Mountain Avenue, Approved
Brent Jackson and Daniel Smalheiser, representatives for RAF and Friends, Inc., stated this request is
to make permanent the temporary COVID modification of premise. Mr. Jackson stated he has
permission from the City to use the grassy area adjacent to the sidewalk.
Assistant Judge Kline approved the modification of premise application from RAF and Friends, Inc.,
dba Little on Mountain, 1045 West Mountain Avenue.

Will Overbagh, representative for Three Four Beer Company, stated this request is to make permanent
the temporary COVID modification of premise.
Assistant Judge Kline approved the modification of premise application from Three Four Beer
Company, dba The Marmot, 829 South Shields Street.

permanent the temporary COVID modification of premise.

permanent the temporary COVID modification of premise as well as add an additional area for their
patrons in the basement.
Assistant Judge Kline approved the modification of premise application from The Welsh Rabbit
Cheese Bistro, Ltd., dba The Welsh Rabbit Cheese Bistro, 200B Walnut Street.
