No one will be allowed to attend in person. Individuals participating in the Zoom session should also watch the meeting through that site. The meeting will be available to join beginning at 3:20 pm September 21, 2022. Participants should try to sign in prior to 3:30 p.m., if possible. For public comments, the Chair will ask participants to click the “Raise Hand” button to indicate you would like to speak at that time. Staff will moderate the Zoom session to ensure all participants have an opportunity to address the Board or Commission. Once you have given this information (in person or by message), a staff person will provide you with the phone number and code that will allow you access to the Zoom meeting.
