Regular Work Session June 11, 2021 Virtual Meeting Noon – 3:00 pm Planning and Zoning Commission Work Session Agenda Participation for this remote Planning and Zoning Commission work session will be available online or by phone. Commission members and staff may be present in-person but interested members of the public and applicant teams are strongly encouraged to participate via Zoom. No public comment is accepted during work sessions. Public Attendance (Online): Individuals who wish to attend the Planning and Zoning work session via remote public participation can do so through Zoom at https://fcgov.zoom.us/j/91506481365 Individuals participating in the Zoom session should also watch the meeting through that site. The meeting will be available to join beginning at 11:45 a.m. on June 11, 2021. Attendees should try to sign in prior to 12:00 p.m. if possible. In order to attend: Use a laptop, computer, or internet-enabled smartphone. (Using earphones with a microphone will greatly improve your audio). You need to have access to the internet. Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522.0580 970.221.6376 970.224.6111- fax MEMORANDUM Date: June 2, 2021 To: Members of the Planning & Zoning Commission From: Will Lindsey, Associate City Planner Re: Wireless Telecommunication Master Plan Draft Review Staff wanted to inform the Commission that the Wireless Telecommunication Master Plan has been posted for public review. A link to the draft document can be found here: https://ourcity.fcgov.com/wirelessmasterplan/news_feed/draft-wireless-master-plan Members of the Commission as well as the public are encouraged to provide questions and comments on the Plan draft through Monday June 14th. Once the comment period closes staff will make revisions to the draft based on the feedback received. It is anticipated that staff will bring the Plan to the Planning & Zoning Commission hearing scheduled on July 15th for discussion and recommendation. The Plan is tentatively scheduled for the City Council Work Session on August 10th, and the Regular Session on September 7th.
