CITIZEN REVIEW BOARD (CRB)
REGULAR MEETING
Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 5:30 p.m.

1. CALL TO ORDER – Melissa Rosas – 5:31pm
2. ROLL CALL
a. Present: Elizabeth Grant, Mark Partridge, Shamera Loose, Melissa Rosas,
Sally Lee, Allison Dineen, Todd Newhouse
b. Board Members Absent: none
c. Staff Members Present: Adam McCambridge (FCPS), Kim Cochran (FCPS)
Christine Macrina, Jenny Lopez- Filkins

5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Motion to approve by Shamera, second by Todd. Unanimous
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

7. NEW BUSINESS
a. Voicemail: none
• Christina will follow up and advise CRB about notifications for voicemail
b. E-mail: 1 – Ryan Ertman (Loveland Police Department)
• Asked what the process is to be selected and appointed to the CRB, Melissa
replied with information, application, and interview process
c. 2021 Annual Report
• Final overview of report to be submitted
• Subcommittee training will be given tonight to new CRB members
• Question: no documentation of case review outcomes on annual report
• Mark – the disposition is public, but not typically included in report
• Board will discuss adding this prior to the 2022 report being created
• Motion to approve Annual Report by Todd, second by Shamera. Unanimous
d. Sub Committee Training provided by Mark Partridge
• Links to city code around CRB were shared with members
8. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS
a. CRB members shared their personal background experience that may pertain
to serving in their roles
9. OTHER BUSINESS
a. Elections will be held in March 2022
