It appears the exceptional reason is to avoid cutting down the tree? Collins Hello Noah Beals, We own the property located at 1012 Morgan Street and received a notice of this public hearing on Thursday, June 10, 2021. After reviewing Google Maps I see that 1009 Morgan Street is located across the street from our property. My question is this: Is the proposed shed going to be located in the backyard of 1009 Morgan Street or will this be located somewhere in the front yard.
