Regarding the above captioned matter. I am the owner of 431 E Laurel Street and the adjacent lot and property at 711
Whedbee Street. Both properties reside within about 100 feet of the subject property.
I have no opposition to the proposed zoning modification allowing the homeowners of 421 E Laurel to add the additional
square footage as outlined in your letter dated March 25, 2021.
