RE: April 9, 2020 Regular DDA Board of Directors Meeting Cancellation
The Board Executive Committee meeting was held on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 via the
Zoom Web-conference platform. The purpose of Executive Committee meetings are to
identify agenda items ready for action by the Board and to approve the slate of agenda
items for the regular monthly meeting.
The Executive Committee decided that an absence of time-sensitive agenda items re-
quiring a vote by the Board warranted the cancellation of the April 9, 2020 regular
meeting.
In lieu of publishing the standard Board packet for April, staff is providing a truncated
version containing the following attachments:
•General Updates
•Financial Update (including City Sales Tax Report, February report for January
Sales)
•Memorandum of March 29, 2020 RE: Summary of DDA Activities & COVID-19
Situation (previously distributed to Board members)
